I think To Kill a Mockingbird is a very beneficial book conveying the importance of young minds. In this book Scout did some very grown up things that children these days would never dare to do. Atticus was a very important father figure. He showed Scout how to be loving, kind, and fair even in the toughest times. Overall To Kill a Mockingbird was a beautiful coming of age novel that showed the need for equality in the developing society.

A story of telling the truth and understanding others, your never know what someone is like until you've walked in their shoes. This book is about the struggles of a small town in the south called Maycomb. Their whits are tested and everything is a little different after a court case. Over all an exceptional book, using excellent vocabulary and telling a small part of the life of a small community where not every gets along.
